Legend whispers of a cataclysm—when the Viatores materialized in our realm. Exiled creatures from a forbidden dimension, these beings were offered redemption through their gods' Avatar, a chance to transform. Instead, they became something worse: remorseless tyrants with no conscience.

Banished to Earth as penance, the Viatores were meant to learn humility and accept their temporary exile. They complied—until their Rex ascended to power. What followed was devastation. He subjugated human rulers, orchestrated massacres, sowed terror through betrayal and brutality. Whispers claim his own world corrupted him, that he now unleashes his vendetta upon humanity—creatures he deems insignificant. Under his iron dominion, all seven continents fell. His commanders carved them into kingdoms, each ruling a continent under his absolute authority. He crowned himself King of All Benders, his conquest christened "Mass."

On my eighteenth year, I was chosen as his Emit—designated for the Rex himself, the one whose mere presence renders mortals breathless with dread. But Fate, that cruel mistress, had other designs in mind.
