2. Materials Declaration Requirements.
3.7.1 Kin Yat will comply with all Materials Declaration requirements for all third party suppliers who supply components to the Manufacturing Services. Kin Yat shall obtain, maintain and have available for inspection at all times documentation which confirms that all third party suppliers and their components are in compliance with the applicable Material Declaration Requirements. Kin Yat is solely responsible for the sufficiency and adequacy of this verification.
4.2.1 Kin Yat will only use components and materials that have been approved by iRobot to be employed in the Manufacturing Services, including any engineering changes, or amendments. Kin Yat is responsible for keeping all documentation indicating compliance by its suppliers from third parties with the Material Declaration Requirements.
4.2.2 Kin Yat will monitor and report to iRobot monthly the percent of Purchase orders that are delivered on-time.
