Upvc panel doors can be fabricated by a competent DIYer with the right tools and skills. Measure the area of glass to be replaced, noting its width and height. Transfer this measurement to the panel you'll cut, allowing for an air gap of 5mm all around (this will allow the upvc Upvc to expand without causing damage in hot conditions).
Once the panel is cut, place it into the glass area, ensuring it is placed on the glass packers that were previously in place. Replace the packing tape carefully to avoid tying it up behind the gaskets and neatly fit using the correct silicone to the frame.
