"Arse" is a British word that means "stupid person" however it could be used as a synonym for "ass". There's a bit of confusion here because both are based on the horse-like animals. In the USA the correct name for
Analfucking donkeys is "Ass".
The word"arse" originated as an innocuous term used to describe the body part,
Cum-On-Tits but has since become an unpopular term. In the 19th century,

Appropriateness in popular culture
Oftentimes, we see cases in which a dominant culture takes elements from a minority group's culture. This practice, known as cultural appropriation, can lead to feelings of disrespect among minority group members. Many Black people view this as a patronizing behavior, whether it's wearing the Native American headdress to a event or in blackface for Halloween.
A dominant group can take elements from minority cultures. However, they may also take advantage of intellectual property belonging to the minority group. This can be done by blackfishing, for instance. It is important to consider that people of colored skin have a history of being marginalized and disenfranchised. Consider, for example the history of people of color being marginalized when you see someone wearing costumes in blackface for Halloween.
