YYH is a great anime series that features some fantastic characters, villains, and fights. While it's an older show with great animation, it has great quality and fantastic characters. It originally aired on Cartoon Network and Adult Swim. A few episodes from the show are available on DVD.
Yusuke Urameshi is a Spirit Detective tasked with protecting the Human World from supernatural threats. He is Team Urameshi's leader in fact. He tries to track down Raizen. He is also a sworn enemy to Genkai.
Kuwabara is the most fragile of the group. A sword's hilt can make Kuwabara's sword stronger. He is a key character in the story. He faked his death in order to unleash the power of Yusuke.
There are some great fighting scenes in anime, as well as excellent villains. It's also a calm drama that focuses on character development. It has good animation and is definitely worth watching. The Japanese version of Sacred Energy has a similar storyline as YYH.

Once was a Time
"Once Upon A Time" re-imagined familiar fairy tales. It introduced new characters, plot lines, and new characters. The show's later seasons brought in blander characters and plot lines.
"Into the Deep" is an okay episode"Into the Deep" isn't the most impressive example of Season 2's promise. The story itself is good. But Emma's personality is a bit too self-centered for what she is trying to portray as realistic. Is she really the only one with light magic?
