Raiders of the Lost Ark: Exorcism scene

Watching an exorcism scene in a movie is a frightening experience. Particularly if you're not familiar with the practice. It can be stressful and one that many people have experienced. In spite of the fear, most people won't consider undergoing an exorcism. If you're interested you can watch how Raiders of the Lost Ark conducted one of these events.

An exorcism is an old ritual that was often opposed by the Roman Catholic Church. The Roman Catholics believed that such a ritual was an arcane rite that should not be made into a movie. According to some accounts, the church resisted horror films concerning exorcisms to safeguard their faith.

"The Exorcist" was the first film to make demonic possession a popular concept. It wasn't a particularly good film.

Yo-Jin-Bo

Whether you're into anime or not Yo-Jin'Bo is among the few official visual novels to hit the Windows store. And it's not hard to see why. The setting of the story is a nod to the past of feudal Japan and the characters are cute and cuddly, though they're quite on the dark side. Also, there's a bit of geekiness.

As far as Yo-Jin Bo is concerned, there's a trio of main characters to keep you entertained which includes the previously mentioned Yo as well as the oh so cute Jin and the petty psychopath Ittosai. The plot is a fairytale set in the feudal period of Japan, where a princess and her guardians are on the lam. The secret document discovered in a car that was abandoned by a ruffian could be connected to the princess's location.

The storyline also connects to the main characters their relationships. As with most visual novels the characters are inseparable, and that's a great thing. The plot is only allowed to play a minor role when the characters are separate from each other.

The Perils of Pauline (1914).

The first serial was a 20-episode affair. The Perils of Pauline is one of the most viewed silent movies of all time. Pearl White stars as the perpetually imperiled heroine. She must defend herself from an evil "guardian", who will try to kill her many times.

Harry Marvin (Crane Wilbur) is the son of a wealthy man. He would like to marry Pauline, but she wants independence. Both are horrified by Pauline's decision. They hatch a stupid murder plot. Harry is a manipulative jerk and does not want Pauline dead. He treats her like a reckless child. He's as ignorant as James Bond.

The Perils of Pauline was directed by Louis J. Gasnier. The film was also cut for a 28mm release in France. It was chosen for the National Film Registry. Universal Studios rereleased the movie in 1967 as a re-released comedy. It was also reused by Paramount Pictures in 1947 as a Betty Hutton vehicle.

The story revolves around Pauline's uncle's death. This leaves Pauline with a million dollars. She plans to have adventures in the coming year before she can get married. Once once upon a Time

"Once Upon a time" transformed fairy tales. It introduced new characters, Serviced plots and even new characters. The show's final seasons brought in blander characters and plot lines.

"Into the Deep" is an average episode, but it doesn't live up to the expectations set by Season 2. The main plot is good. Emma's attitude is too self-centered for the real world. Is she the only one who can use light magic?

I'm certain Emma is content to be free of Hook, but I don't see her getting over her attraction to Hook. She's planning to leave for New York but is afraid of romantic love and happiness. She's convinced that Killian left because of her fear. Is it really worth the risk?

It is revealed Emma's family was hiding things from her.
