We've rounded up all of this week's best cheap gaming laptops into one handy and comprehensive list right here. Regardless of whether you're on a real budget or have a few bucks to spend, we've got options to cover all bases here with recommendations based on exhaustive price research and our extensive product testing here at TechRadar. Many of the models featured on our gaming laptop deals list aren't just great value buys, but they're also models that we feel comfortable recommending to our readers. Our cheap gaming laptop deals recommendations focus on sales from trusted retailers like Amazon, Dell, HP, Best Buy, and a few other wild-cards as well. Of course, we're always scanning these retailers' pages every week so we don't miss a single sale, beauty and we're always comparing their offerings to weed out any sub-par choices. Brand-wise, you'll find worthy machines from gaming laptop deals veterans like Acer, Dell, Lenovo, and Asus, though we never let big brand recognition totally sway our choices - value for money is the most important factor.

Speaking of value, you'll find listings ranging all the way from around $600 to $1,000 with our choices, with plenty of options should you want to spend a little more to score yourself one of the machines reviewed on our best gaming laptop (opens in new tab) buyers guide. And if you get stuck or need some additional guidance, simply scroll down to our cheap gaming laptop deals FAQ section. There, you'll find unbiased advice from TechRadar's experts to get you up to speed if you don't know your RAM from your refresh rate. It'll also help you out if you're not sure how much to spend. This Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 features an RTX 3050 Ti graphics card - a pretty rare component to find for under a $700 budget. Generally speaking, this should give you a slight bump in gaming performance over the standard RTX 3050 variant - although there is a slight drawback in the way that this machine only features a smaller 256GB SSD. Th᠎is  post was gen erated  wi th GS A  Cont en᠎t Generato᠎r  DEMO .

If this is too little storage for you, consider spending a little bit more to get a machine with a larger 512GB drive. At under $700, we're primarily looking for a machine that will suffice for the basics. That means at least a GTX 1650 graphics card, preferably an RTX 3050, and at least an 11th gen Intel Core i5 or the equivalent from AMD. We're automatically filtering out sub-par choices that don't have dedicated graphics cards or machines that claim to be 'gaming' machines but clearly aren't. While we haven't reviewed all of these cheaper models personally here at TechRadar we can guarantee you that all of them have components that are 'gaming ready' and enough power to play most games at 1080p, albeit at lower graphical settings. This Acer Nitro 5 at the official Acer store is the cheapest RTX 3060 gaming laptop deal we've found this week. While the RTX 3060 is starting to show its age now, it's still a superb mid-range graphics card and one that's going to get you great bang for the buck at this price. There is a slight trade-off, however, as this particular Acer Nitro 5 only features a 256GB SSD, which is on the smaller side these days. Outside of that, however, this is a quality machine with decent components. See our Acer Nitro 5 review. For just under $1,000, you should expect to be able to score a machine with both a mid-range graphics card and a relatively decent CPU like a Core i7 or Ryzen 7. It's this balance of components that we look for in a gaming laptop deal at this price point. Put simply, we want specs that tick all the boxes for 1080p gaming at $1,000, including 16GB of RAM if possible. The theme for this particular price bracket is great out-the-box performance without the need for any upgrades down the line. This is also a budget range where we tend to review a lot of gaming laptops personally here at TechRadar, which also greatly informs our choices in regard to model selection. One of the best higher-end gaming laptop deals at Best Buy this week is on this heavily reduced Asus Zephyrus G14. This small but mighty laptop is one of our favorites here at TechRadar and this model with a Ryzen 9-6900HS, 16GB of DDR5 RAM, Radeon RX 6700S, and 1TB SSD gets the double thumbs-up from us. These are superb specs for the price and the excellent design and 1440p display make this one an easy recommendation. Check out our Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 review.
