The Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo

The Q Revo is a fantastic choice if you are looking for a robot mop and vacuum that's mid-range. It gives a great mopping experience, but it lacks the advanced features of its more expensive sibling.

In tests, it was able to take on dry oats and dust on medium-pile carpet as well as pet hair on hard floors. It does not use LIDAR however, as cheaper models do to identify your home.

1. IRobot Roomba S9+

The iRobot Roomba S9+ is one of the top robot vacuums. It offers impressive cleaning power and a variety of features that include an automatic vacuum and mop robot dirt bin built into its charging base. This robot can learn your habits of cleaning, and suggest automatic schedules that will give you the ultimate hands-free cleaning experience.

The iRobot Home App guides you through the setup process. Once everything is connected, you can start the automated cleaning functions with the push of a button. You can opt for an overall clean that emphasizes getting rid of larger pieces of debris such as rice and cereal or two thorough mappings of your area to ensure that your home has a clean and tidy appearance.

This vacuum works well on both floors with no carpet and carpets with low pile. It sucks up large items and doesn't lose suction as rapidly as some other models, and it can even pick up pet hair without much difficulty. It's not able to work with high-pile carpets or plush carpets however, iRobot claims that future models will be more efficient.

The S9+ features a new design from iRobot that concentrates on enhancing corner and edge cleaning. It's the first Roomba that adopts flat-fronted D-shaped designs. The company hopes this will allow it hug walls and furniture. It's an improvement over the hockey puck-shaped robovacs which are standard, but we found it only marginally superior to circular models.

iRobot claims that the S9+ also has a superior filtration system which blocks microscopic particles and allergens recirculating in your home. We like the statement, but not enough to justify a higher price.

Its smart navigation system utilizes sensors to store the structure of your home, and vSLAM to map the interior. It then cleans your entire house efficiently by avoiding obstacles such as stairs and other obstacles. The iRobot Home app lets you control the robot and set cleaning times, and establish virtual boundaries, so it knows to avoid areas that require extra attention.

2. Roborock Q Revo

When it is about robots that combine vacuuming and mopping and mopping, the Roborock Q revo is a standout. Its vacuum settings are just as good as those found on higher-end models. And its mopping system is even better as its spinning pads clean your floors more efficiently than an ordinary pad that vibrates.

The only issue is that it lacks an additional rubber brush to allow to provide more thorough cleaning, but it's a small cost to pay if want one of the best robots on the market. The dust tank of the robo-vac is bigger than most of its competitors, and filling it up takes only two or three times, even when you have maximum dirt.

In terms of the mopping system, I was amazed by its ability to scrub hard dirt off my floors. The two mopping settings that it has that are less powerful than high-powered settings, produce low noise, which means you can work or watch TV without being distracted. It will gently hit a wall or furniture and move on whenever it comes across one.

The Q Revo is unique in that it operates almost entirely on its own, requiring only minimal user involvement. The robo-vac comes with a multi-function dock that automatically transfers physical trash into the bin hidden from view, as well as washes and dry mop pads and replenishes its clean water tank. The app will only notify you when something is wrong like a low clean water tank or a vacuuming session that is cancelled due to a full bin.

You can also combine or create rooms to alter the way Q Revo handles your home. This feature is helpful for those who have different flooring in different areas of your home or when you have to frequently get rid of clutter like clothes, toys, and books. The robot vacuum cleaner with mop was also one of the top performers in my tests cleaning up debris from carpets as well as hardwood floors on the first pass. It can also vacuum up wet spills however I would recommend cleaning them off with a damp cloth prior to sending the robot in.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni

The X2 Omni is a premium robot mop and vacuum that comes with all the features you could wish for. Similar to the iRobot Roomba S9+, it has an excellent vacuum that has a powerful suction to clean hard and carpet floors, plus the mop's rotating design that can scrub tough staining. It also comes with a self-cleaning base station that automatically empties and washes mop pads, keeping them clean and ready for use again. It also has a new sensor system that better detects obstacles, giving it the ability to prevent falling over furniture and other objects.

The biggest difference over the ECOVACS Deebot X1 is that it has a sleeker, more modern design due to Danish firm Jacob Jensen Design (best known for its Bang & Olufsen products). While still quite big--it's over two feet in height and depth and weighs in excess of four pounds--the robot and its base are less bulky than the Roborock Q Revo or iRobot j7.

This model is more efficient than the X1 since it charges faster and can clean up 1,500 square feet in a single charge. Additionally, it comes with a larger dustbin that is more durable to hold more debris, making it easier to empty when required.

Lastly lastly, the X2 Omni has a more intuitive app and an assistant voice that works offline, so you can manage it even when away from home. It also has a smart routing feature that lets it clean specific rooms or areas of your home, instead of following a predetermined path.

The X2 Omni has the best mopping performance of any robot we've tested due to its mop pads that rotate to scrub away tough stains and a motor that produces plenty of downward pressure. Its vacuuming performance is outstanding too, and it boosts suction when it detects carpet to ensure it does the job well. It has a large, rechargeable battery that lasts up to seven days. The mopping mode of the robot is also powerful.

4. Dreametech L10s Ultra

The Dreametech L10s Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a high-end model that has a range of convenience features not often found on robots in this price range. It has the ability to create precise floor maps, recognize different types of flooring, and it's one of the few that can automatically wash and dry the mop pads. Although these features are nice to have however, they also push the L10s Ultra into the luxury category which could make it slightly more expensive than what some homeowners need.

The L10s Ultra looks like a modern floor robot mop cleaner. It's tall and slim with a white finish, accentuated by silver elements and mirror plating. The front of the machine is adorned with an enormous bumper that shields the vacuum cleaner and furniture as you move around your home. Sensors are hidden behind the front pane, which helps the L10s Ultra navigate tight corners and avoid obstacles.

On the top of the vacuum, there is a single button which serves as an on/off switch. By pressing this button, you can activate the vacuum, and robot mop pressing it again will turn off the vacuum and send it back to its base station. The circular menu in the center of the control panel allows you to choose cleaning modes as well as schedules and preferences. The left and right buttons beneath the screen will open up the app's settings menu where you can tweak the way that the L10s Ultra integrates with your home.image
