Are they hard to teach? Maybe. But, getting an athlete to do a passable Power Clean isn't complicated. Deadlift off the floor, accelerate and jump once the bar passes the knees and catch it on your shoulders/upper chest.

I want to share with you what keeps me motivated and let you in on the fact that I too struggle at times to maintain motivation! Choose high fiber, filling foods to lose inches fast - it will fill you up, satisfy your appetite and keep your hunger at bay. Base you meals and snacks on the following nutritious bulky foods: wholegrain breakfast cereals, porridge, wholemeal bread and pasta, brown rice and other whole grains, beans and lentils, potatoes and starchy vegetables, fresh fruits and all kinds of vegetables!

I took a little bit of karate, and found kickboxing to be what I really enjoyed right off the bat. Another similar cause of chronic stress is when you've been through an intense time of your life. A huge project at work, or a stressful situation in your personal life can leave the same lasting effects as an accident or tragedy. Even when the project, conflict, or situation is funny post, you find yourself unable to return to a relaxed life.
