The Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo

The Q Revo is a good choice if you're looking for a mid-priced robot vacuum and mop. It's a great mopping performance but lacks some of the features found in its more expensive sibling.

In tests, it was able to take on dry oats and dust on medium-pile carpet as well as pet hair on hard flooring. But, unlike cheaper models, it doesn't utilize LIDAR to map out your home.

1. iRobot Roomba S9+

The iRobot Roomba S9+ is one of the top-rated robot vacuums. It has impressive cleaning power and a variety of features, including the self-emptying dirt container built into its charging base. This robot can recognize your habits of cleaning, and suggest automatic schedules to provide you with the ultimate hands-free cleaning experience.

Setup is easy, thanks to the iRobot Home app that walks you through the procedure. Once the system is in place it can begin automated cleaning with a single button. You can select an overall clean, which prioritizes the removal of larger particles like rice and cereal. Or you can opt for two thorough mappings to ensure that the entire home is completely cleaned.

This robot vacuum performs well on both bare floors and carpets with low pile. It can take in large objects sweep and mop Robot doesn't lose suction as quickly as some other models and can pick up pet hair with ease. It has a difficult time with plush or high-pile carpet, but iRobot claims it will improve with the next models.

The S9+ features a new design from iRobot that is focused on enhancing corner and edge cleaning. It's the first Roomba to adopt a flat-fronted, D-shaped design, which it hopes will allow it to be able to swaddle walls and furniture. It's a great improvement over the traditional hockey puck shape of the majority of robovacs. However, we found it to be only incrementally better than circular models.

iRobot also claims the S9+ has an advanced filtering system that blocks microscopic dust particles and allergens from circulating throughout your home. We think it's a nice statement but not enough to justify a premium price.

Its smart navigation system uses sensors to store the arrangement of your home and vSLAM for mapping the interior of your home. It then cleans your entire home with ease by avoiding obstacles like stairs and other barriers. The iRobot Home App allows you to schedule cleaning times and set virtual boundary markers so that the robot can determine which areas need extra attention.

2. Roborock Q Revo

Roborock Q Revo is a robot vacuum cleaner that combines mopping and vacuuming. Its vac settings are just as effective as those of higher-end models, and its mopping system is even better. Its spinning pads do a more impressive job of scrubbing your floors than a stationary vibration pad.

The only drawback is that it doesn't have an additional rubber brush to allow for deeper cleaning, but that's an affordable cost to pay for if you want one of the best robots on the market. The robo-vac's tank for dust is also larger than many of its rivals and it takes only two or three cycles to fill it, even with the highest dirt level.

As for the mopping device, I was amazed with its ability to scrub the tough dirt off my floors. The two mopping settings that it has that are less powerful than high-powered settings, produce low noise, which means you can work or watch TV without being distracted. It will gently hit furniture or walls, and then move on when it encounters one.

The Q Revo is unique in that it can run almost autonomously, with little user involvement. The robo-vac features a multi-function dock that can automatically transfer physical trash into the hidden bin and washes and dry the mop pads and refills its clean water tank. The app is good at nagging you only when something requires attention, for example, the clean water tank running low or a scheduled cleaning session being cancelled due to a stuffed dust bin.

You can also combine or create actual rooms in order to customize the way that Q Revo handles your home. This is a great feature for those who have multiple areas of the home with different flooring materials or there's clutter that needs to be removed frequently, such as toys, clothes and books. The robo-vac is also very efficient and was among the top performers in my tests, removing debris from carpets as well as hardwood floors in the first attempt. It is able to vacuum up wet spills. I suggest drying them with a towel before sending it into.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni

The X2 Omni has all of the features you'd expect from a premium robot vacuum and mop combo and more. It has the ability to rotate mops and a powerful vacuum that can clean carpets as well as hard floors. It's similar to the iRobot Roomba S9+. It also has a self-cleaning station that automatically washes and empties the mop pads to keep them clean and ready for reuse. It also has a new sensor system that can better detects obstacles, granting it the ability to prevent falling over furniture or other objects.

The biggest difference over the ECOVACS Deebot X1 is that this model has a sleeker, more modern design thanks to Danish firm Jacob Jensen Design (best known for Bang & Olufsen products). The robot is still quite large. It measures over two feet in both height and Sweep and Mop robot depth, and weighs in at least four pounds. However the robot as well as its base are smaller than the Roborock Q Revo or iRobot J7.

This model is more efficient than the X1 because it charges more quickly and can clean 1,500 square feet in one charge. It also has a bigger dustbin that is more durable and can hold more debris and is easier to empty when needed.

Finally lastly, the X2 Omni has a more intuitive app and voice assistant that operates offline, so you can manage it even when away from home. It also comes with a smart routing feature that allows it to clean specific rooms or areas of your home instead of following a set path.

The Omni X2 Omni has the best mopping performance of any robot we've tested due to its mop pads rotating to remove tough stains and a motor that creates plenty of downward pressure. The vacuuming capabilities are also top-notch, and it boosts suction when it detects a carpet to ensure a thorough cleaning. It has a large, rechargeable battery that lasts up to a week. The mopping mode of the robot vacuum cleaner black friday is also very effective.

4. Dreametech L10s Ultra

The Dreametech L10s Ultra is a premium mop and vacuum robot that comes with a host of convenience features that you aren't likely to find on robots in this price. It is able to build detailed floor maps, identify different types of flooring and is one of the few that can automatically wash and dry the mop pads. Although these features are useful but they also push the L10s Ultra into the luxury category which could make it somewhat more expensive than what some homeowners need.

The L10s Ultra looks like a modern floor cleaning machine. It's tall and slim with a white finish that is complemented by silver elements and mirror plating. The front of the machine is dominated by a large bumper, which protects furniture and vacuum cleaners from damage when moving through the home. Sensors are concealed behind the front pane which help the L10s Ultra navigate tight corners and avoid obstacles.

On the top of the vacuum, there is a single button that serves as an on/off switch. This button will activate the vacuum. By pressing it again, you can turn it off and Sweep and Mop robot transmit it back to its base station. The circular menu in the center of the control panel lets you to select cleaning modes, schedules and preferences. The left and right buttons will open the app's settings where you can customize how the L10s Ultra interacts with your home.image
